Process Flow

Process flow to purchase the product:

1. Service Seeker (patient) will initially approach the primary physician of his village/town.

2. Once the Primary Physician feels the necessity of putting the service seeker to a Super Specialist through Rxpert Telemedicine, the former will explain the latter about the cost of the service and its benefits.

3. Once the Service Seeker is satisfied with the product feature/benefits, he will pay the cash to the Primary Physician.

4. Primary Physician in turn pay the amount to company through Paytm.

5. Primary Physician will then generate the receipt for the amount paid by the Service Seeker, print the receipt and hand it over to Service Seeker.
